This work is not about tweaking a broken system. It’s about exposing the truth, disrupting what was never just to begin with, and co-creating a new, family-affirming future.

I’m not here to claim I have all the answers. No state, no jurisdiction has figured this out. But I believe we can, together. It will take honest conversation, courageous debate, and a meeting of the minds and hearts across disciplines, experiences, and beliefs. Especially those who follow Jesus, we must ask whether our systems reflect the God we claim to serve.

Our country was founded on inequity. The family policing system was born out of that same foundation. But this is the time for a new thing. We have the chance to create systems rooted in truth, justice, and the equal worth of all people.
